Lee’s Story

Lee was 65 when she came to Evolve, still working full-time and not ready to slow down. But her body had other ideas. After two hip replacements - one of which was botched - she was struggling just to get around. Pain, instability, and fear had crept into her everyday life. And with it, the worry: "What if this is just how it is now?"

But Lee wasn't ready to accept that. She needed to get strong - not just to move, but to live. We met her where she was, designing a program that prioritized stability, safe strength training, and long-term mobility. Every session was about progress, not perfection.
