Congratulations

If you’re reading this, you are officially a member of the top third of Americans getting the recommended amount of exercise. Why do I bring this up? Because most of you are here because you feel - on some level - that you are “losing”. And while I don’t want to discount the ways you can probably improve (can’t we all?), I do want to take a second to celebrate the wins. This - your first step - is a huge win. So, celebrate that!

Now to the next step…

Below is module 1 of 12. Each week, you will be expected to watch/listen to a specific module that will focus on the next step in your process. You will also be expected to respond to each module with your thoughts, questions, etc. If you’re having problems, this is your time to speak up!
